This project is about transformation. After studying the Elements of Architecture (R. Koolhaas), the corridor the element chosen to take as a base to develop a project that questions the role of a space towards self-cultivation.
It is a house for Amana, an architect in her early 60’s, known for her clean and minimalistic designs.
Despite her success she decided it’s time to dedicate more time to other artistic activities, such as painting and ceramics. Also she realized that, to reflect better about her work, she needs to spend more time outside and stay in contact with it.
