The project Studio Delfshaven will be located in the creative cluster of  Schiehaven, and offers  permanent studio space for creatives from all over Rotterdam. It seeks to connect to the neighborhood of Delfshaven with the Schiehaven by offering social 

The project Studio Delfshaven will be located in the creative cluster of  Schiehaven, and offers  permanent studio space for creatives from all over Rotterdam. It seeks to connect to the neighborhood of Delfshaven with the Schiehaven by offering social 

institutions such as a community house (Huis van de Wijk), a social workplace and a cafe+repair, to promote creativity and sustainability in the neighborhood of Delfshaven. The building has an open character, that invites neighbors in, and that refers to the industrial nature of the site. Communal living within the  project ‘Studio Delfshaven’ is promoted by communal workplaces, shared washing facilities, bike parking and a wide gallery that can be used as for instance working- or exhibition space.
