WEDDING - BERLIN,

Wedding is a neighbourhood close to Berlin in which are a lot of creative artists.

For this studio we had to design a proposal for a community that you had to choose yourself. For this studio I chose the musicians community. In the past I've been a musician myself and that is why I have a lot of affection with that community.

After choosing the community, we had to find a place to house this community. In my case I chose a vacant building that is close to a hospital, park and different neighbourhoods. After chosing that plot. I was wondering, how can I connect those functions together?

The answer to this question is a skybridge named Skala, Skala is the german word for scale.

This skybridge functions as an elevated street, a place for street musicians and a place for meeting people.
