A building in the square of the Binnenrotte that connects people with each others, and with the developed heart of the city of Rotterdam.

A chapel that is located on the meeting corner of two extended virtual lines from the front facade of the Markthal and the Hoogstraat.

Consists of four arcs creating an open interior space as a meeting point and a less- movement place in the busy square, built out of bricks fading to sky with a glass brick railing on the second level, with a water surface to the southern side representing the Rotte river and directed to the Oudehaven.

A spiral stair of concrete and bricks takes you to a platform on 9 meter hight rounded with the glassbrick railing. creating a rest place in the busy times and a view to the future of the City.
